Emotional Freedom Technique( EFT)

EFT is a gentle yet dynamic way of working on struggles from the inside out. EFT involves using the fingers to gently tap on the body's acupuncture points along the meridian lines of Chinese medicine. EFT provides a means of clearing the disruption and re-balancing the energy system allowing the body’s energy system to realign itself into a natural and healthy flow that can clear negative emotions and any associated physical or psychological manifestations and also negative self-beliefs. EFT has been evidenced to be helpful in many areas of well being including working towards life’s goals, physical health and pain, mental health difficulties such as anxiety and depression, managing stress, addressing early trauma and difficult life events, as well as phobias, addiction, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and habit change such as stopping smoking or changing eating habits.

Counselling

Counselling is a talking therapy and a process of deeply listening to a client with non-judgement, understanding and empathy. The counselling process enables the client to be heard at depth and to see oneself and our struggles clearly. Counselling can be useful in addressing a sense of stuck-ness, unhelpful patterns, and difficult life events.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

CBT is a talking therapy that is problem-focused, it is often action-oriented and teaches clients practical ways to identify, challenge, and replace unhelpful thoughts and response patterns with more helpful, healthy thoughts, feelings, and behaviour to enable clients to reach their desired goals. It is evidenced to be helpful for depression, a range of anxiety difficulties.

Eye Movement Desensitisation and

Reprocessing ( EMDR)

EMDR is a psychotherapy that enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences. EMDR therapy shows that the mind can in fact heal from psychological trauma much as the body recovers from physical trauma.
